Recover your Pearl account: If you backed up your account using Google or Apple, you can safely regain access to your Pearl account directly within the app.
Recover your funds: If you backed up your account with an existing wallet you control, you can reconnect that wallet to recover and manage your funds via Safe. If available, you can also import your Pearl recovery phrase into an external wallet to recover your funds directly through Safe, without using the backup wallet.

Agents are evicted if they fail to meet activity targets for two consecutive activity reward cycles ("epochs"), which for many agents is approximately 24 hours.

You can start your agent again after a maximum wait of 24 hours, or sooner if you have already completed three consecutive Activity Reward cycles ("epochs") and activity slots are open.

You can visit the "Help Center" in Pearl for help.

You can customize your agent's goals using plain English via the Co-Pilot Mode and then let it execute them independently using the Autonomous Mode.
